I had Statistics as my core subject.

Yes, If you have studied Mathematics till your 12th than what ever stream you have in your 12th , you will be consider as eligible to apply for Architecture Course.

To get admission in B.Arch, you need to score minimum 50% marks in 12th with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Computer Science / Chemistry / Biology / Engineering Drawing and two other subjects. You need to sit for an entrance exam.
