Can a Company Secretary pursue LLB without bachelor degree?
I am a CS professional student. After CS I will pursue LL.B course but I am not a bachelor degree holder. The bar council recognizes CS as a professional degree course, and they are equivalent to Post Graduate degree.

No, you cannot pursue a regular LL.B (Bachelor of Laws) course without a bachelor's degree, even if you are a Company Secretary (CS) professional.
You should have a bachelor's degree to pursue LL.B.
