Can a computer Science engineering jump into other field like interior design after graduating, is it a wise decision?

Absolutely! In this day and age, one has the opportunity to pursue their dreams and if yours is in the area of Interior Design then there's nothing stopping you. Applying your knowledge in Computer Science / IT to Interior Design is definitely a good starting point.
