Can a CS or IT engineering give UPSC, IES and SSC exam as per the 2016 rule?

    Yes, any graduate can give UPSC or SSC exam. IES (Indian Engineering Services) can be given by B.Tech students only and IES (Indian Economics Service) is for economics passout. You have to once check for the eligibility of IES. SSC can be given by anyone.
