Can a Delhi resident appear for the exams of Andhra Pradesh EAMCET and TS EAMCET?

I don't have the residential proof of either Andhra Pradesh or TS. I am the son of a defence personnel. Am I eligible to appear for state exams for engineering?

    Yes, you can appear for both of the exams. They are named after a state, because they are conducted for seat allocation in that only.
