    Yes, a dentist can apply for the RRB NTPC exam if they meet the other eligibility requirements: 

    Typing proficiency

    Candidates must be proficient in typing in either English or Hindi on a computer. This is a mandatory requirement for some RRB posts, such as Accounts Clerk cum Typist and Junior Clerk cum Typist. The typing test is qualifying in nature, and candidates must achieve a minimum typing speed to be considered for the final merit list.
