    According to the official website:
    http://www.nirmauni.ac.in/ITNU/Eligibility
    You can directly get into M.Tech research after your three year’s Diploma with the mentioned 50% minimum qualifying marks.

    Yes, but you should follow the following criteria and you can only apply though ACPC.
    Criteria:
    1. Candidates who have passed 12th Science examination with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics with the minimum percentage of marks (as to be decided by the Government of Gujarat) from the schools located in India (including Gujarat state) and appeared in JEE (Mains).
    2. A 3-year Diploma/Polytechnic in the same branch or relevant field.
