Hello, Yes, you are eligible for CAT examination as long as you have 50% in your graduation (45% if schedules caste (SC), schedules tribe (ST) or person with disability (PWD)), and you are from a recognized institution. CAT eligibility criteria doesn't mention anything about graduation being regular
