    Yes EEE student can study abroad for M.Tech but it is quite difficult in this pandemic to go abroad for higher study.     Are you talking about Amrita Entrance Exam Engineering? This exam is for admission to the courses of engineering run by this famous and with very well name in academic circles of the deemed to be University.
