Yes, foreign students can apply for an honours course at Banaras Hindu University (BHU) along with the scholarship. BHU has launched a scholarship scheme for foreign students that aims to attract overseas students through this programme. Under the programme, foreign students will receive Rs 6000 per month which will be renewed annually on the basis of satisfactory performance.
