in 12 science 76%, After that there is a gap of 4 years doing engineering but failed to complete.
Is it possible to get admission in B.Com on the basis of 12th marks

It would be better that you complete your engineering than quit engineering and try for B Com. If needed you may seek tuition assistance to clear failed subjects. Most Universities allow a maximum time limit of 8 years to complete B Tech/BE and even beyond that with permission from the Dean of the U
