Can a girl pursue mechanical engineering?

Hello Aathira, There is no discrimination because of gender for admission into mechanical engineering. However, mechanical engineering involves high physical labour in college as well as in job. Hence, most girls don't prefer opting for mechanical engineering branch. However, if you're interested, you can opt for it.

Yes, girls can also choose mechanical engineering. There is no restriction or field which girls cannot choose. Although, it requires more of physical effort but it doesn't mean that a girl cannot do it. If one has will power anyone can do anything.
