Can a good CGPA above 9 in production and industrialisation in 1st year can provide me a way to change branch to CSE in DTU?

This generally doesn't happen, only if there is a vacancy in that branch and you are the next person to be upgraded before all others, then you will he upgraded. You can try and contact your hod once though.

I don't think you can change your branch easily from PIE to CSE on having 9 GPA or above 9 GPA because JEE Mains rank will also consider for branch changing process. Your branch will shift to just two-three branches above PIE in most demanding branch order.
