Can a government employee do B.Ed from a university other than IGNOU?
My mother is a government teacher (assistant) having work experience of 10 years and is about 45-years old. Can she do B.Ed from any university other than IGNOU?

She can do correspondence B.Ed from Andhra University School of Distance Education, Annamalai University School of Distance Education. Thanks.
