Can a government employee get any concession in the fee for M.Sc?

I have done B.Sc in home science and secured 512 rank in AUCET.

Generally, no university gives fee waiver to the students who are government employee unless they are their staff. However, you may look for fee details on your target university website where you want to do M.Sc.
