Yes, you can do and 4-5 years of work experience is much needed and that will also give you a competitive advantage in PG.

Yes, absolutely. You can pursue MBA from IGNOU while working as well. Your degree will be valid and will be accepted at all places.

Of course, you can do MBA. The thing is that you should have a Bachelor's degree in any field.
