can a graduate result awaited student can apper for MBA?

One of my friend name Yogendra yadav want to do MBA but his 1 subject remaining for TYBCom and he will reappear for it in Mar 12.. can he get admission for MBA before his TYBCom result?? and is that valid?

    Most of the colleges allow this. But he must submit the necessary documents and fulfill eligibility criteria before September/October 2012.
