I have passed my CA IPCC and doing 1-year B.Com accounting and finance course specifically for CA students.

Hi Pooja,
To be eligible for a B.Com course, your 10+2 subject needs to be commerce based.
So, if you have the same education qualification, you can apply for a B.Com course. -
