Can a lateral entry student get first year marksheet?

If you have given first year exam, then definitely you get your first year mark-sheet.

Please don't answer, just shake of giving answer. Lateral entry student never give first year exam. Suggest if they can get any approval letter from the university that 1yr exam exempted for them based on their previous studies
