Can a mass communication degree be helpful in the field of biotechnology?

I have done my graduattion in biotechnology and now i am pursuing msc in biotech. i want to opt for diploma in mass communication as well.Will it be a good option to do both the courses together?Can it prrovide me a better career?

Both are very different fields. Be focused in Biotechnology, it is vast field with bright career in India.
