Can a medical student of B.D.S. apply for an MBA from a government institute and what would be the job opportunities for the same?

As a medical student you are eligible to do an MBA from any government institution provided you complete all eligibility criteria like any other student. In respect to job opportunities all I can say is that there is no shortage of jobs for skilled people in any sector.

The eligibility to do MBA is to secure at least 50% marks in your graduation(any degree) from a recognized University. So yes you are eligible to do MBA from both Public or Private Institutes. Generally people do MBA to turn their career into managerial roles. Nowadays many BDS students are opting MBA instead of MDS to turn their career into hospital administration because of its high scope. Even MBBS students are opting MBA to start their own hospital or to get the top position in the hospital management. All the best
