Can a migration Certificate of 1st year B.Sc college be submitted for MBBS counselling or is 12th class migration Certificate mandatory?
I have done 1st year B.Sc and have cracked NEET this time.

Migration Certificate from your recent most or current institution is required in the process of counseling as both the universities stand different. In this case you have to submit migration Certificate from your college not from your school. Thank you, have a good day! :). .
