Can a Nepalese student apply for government medical colleges in India?

I belong to Nepal. I want to become a doctor in future. I am planning to study MBBS in a government medical college.

Most colleges do not accept foreign nationals in their MBBS programs, however there might be a few private or deemed universities which accept foreigners into their MBBS programs.
