Funds would be the major issue for a new film maker. There are facilities within the fil fraternity for obtaining the funds. You can tap those sources. Yes, short films can be make on a shoe-string budget if your subject matter is appealing to the financers or to some of the high profile film makers

We indeed can not experiment, where money is involved.I believe in gaining experience while working with those who have working knowledge.Gaining useful experience is the dictum.Simultaneous study of the present day trends is also needed.
