Yes, you can apply for the MAH CET exam. Eligibility Criteria for MAH CET 2023: Applicant must be an Indian citizen/ Person of Indian Origin (PIO)/ Overseas Citizen of India (OCI)/Non-Resident Indian (NRI) student.
