Absolutely! You can pursue a BBA even if you don't have Maths in Class 12!  Most colleges even take students from all streams - Science, Commerce or Arts - without Maths as a compulsory subject (Sources).

Yes, Kaushal, a non-math student can surely pursue BBA.
Most of the tier 3 colleges do not require mathematics in 10+2 for BBA admissions. 50 percent is qeuired minimum in most of teh colleges or any other entrance exam like CUET, SET, NPAT etc.
