Yes, of course you can give but you should score more than 75% in class 12th with PCM.

Yes, you can. But in order to get admission in IIT, first of all, you need to appear JEE Mains exam and if you score well In this exam then you will be selected for JEE Advanced and after that you will be able to get admission in IIT. But if you don't want to face any problem, then score 75% in HSC
