    Yes, you are eligible. You just need to clear the entrance test of B.Tech of the University you want.

    You are only eligible, if you have PCM or PCMB subjects in your class 12th.

    Sorry, but you are not eligible for B-Tech in any of the streams, as Maths is one of the compulsory subjects of engineering, and without Maths you are not allowed for engineering.
