Dear Aspirant, Yes, a PCB student without Maths can do engineering. I would recommend B.Tech in Biotechnology to a PCB student in the engineering programme. The following are the best institutes that offer B.Tech in Biotechnology to a PCB student without maths:
    Lovely Professional University
Amity University of Petroleum and Energy Studies
    Sharda University
    Chandigarh University
    SRM University
One of my friends also completed B.Tech in Biotechnology from LPU and got placed in a reputed company with a good salary package. I hope this helps.
