Can a person apply for JBIMS without having the Maharashtra domicile?

Hi Snehil,
A person who isn't a domicile of Maharashtra can apply for All-India seats in JBIMS. These comprise 15% of the total seats in JBIMS.
Scores of CAT/XAT/CMAT etc. will be considered for these seats.
