Can a person attend JEE exam with his photo having a blue background in the admit card?

Yes, you can attend the JEE exam. The preferable photo background is white during the registration process. But you have completed all the necessary formalities and now at the entrance exam stage. So, no problem will arise. However, you may take another print if possible by reducing the contrast.
