Can a person pursue LLB in regular mode from KSLU after completing BA from an open university?
He did not complete class 12th.

No, you cannot pursue regular LL.B. course after completing B.A. from an open university. The regular LL.B. Course admissions follows the 10+2+3/4/5 education system. Because you have not completed the 12th so you are not eligible for LL.B. regular admissions.
