Can a person studying in Gujarat apply for MHT-CET (Not born in Maharashtra & OBC Category)?

Hello Avinash,
If parents are Maharashtra domiciled, then their children could be studying anywhere in India. But for others, it debars. I would suggest you to go through their webpage for full details.
