Can a person with 4 yrs work exp get an easy placement in this college?

Yes. FMS Delhi has students from diverse background. From freshers to people with work experience of approx. 7 years. 56% of students in Batch 2014-2016 are with work experience. How easy or difficult it can be, this depends on many parameters. Like your profile/background, or the profile/job you are applying to, your acumen/skills in that domain, your communication skills, your passion for the work, your knowledge about the company you are applying to,etc,. You have to understand that no B-school is a job agency. They teach you management courses and how you apply them and what you learn out of them , that depends entirely upon you. But be rest assured, going by the placements of FMS Delhi, you will get enough opportunities to showcase your talent/knowledge. Rest is upto you.
