Yes, you can apply. The eligibility criteria for MA in Public Administration and MA in Political Science is a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Hence, you can apply.

You have to participate in AUCET Entrance exam for admission in asked course. the 50% of seats will be filled from students having a bachelor degree in Political science/ Public admin. while remaining seats from the students of having a bachelor degree in any discipline.
