    Yes, Pharma. D Can open Clinic to practice Clinical Pharmacy, but not Medicine. For diagnosis and treatment one has to have at least a Bachelor degree in medicine and surgery.

    Certainly, a Pharm D program (Doctor of Pharmacy) is a professional degree that will qualify you to work in a variety of healthcare settings (including a clinic). After obtaining a Pharm D program, you could pursue additional education or training if necessary, obtain the respective licenses, then you have the opportunity to start up your clinic or join an existing clinic.
