Can a PWD student get admission into IIT with 50% marks in 12th board exam?

We all know that for General (Gen, Ews, Obc) the percentage of 12th is 75% while for others (SC, St, Pwd) the 12th percentage is kept to be a minimum of 65%. So the students of PWD with 50% in the 12th board exams are not able to get admission to IIT.
