Can a school stop my child from giving 12th board due to less marks in internal exams?

School authority is saying that they will not give the admit card and have taken an undertaking with signature on a paper saying that if he does not scored well in next pre-boards, he will not get his admit card. Is it legal or school can legally do it?

No, on basis of less marks, no school can stop any student from giving boards (class 12th th) exams.
If they do so, a complaint can be charged against the school or a direct committee meeting with the principal regarding this topic can be made to clear all doubts.
If, still the answer is not satisfactory, the CBSE website and helpline is available. Use it as a best option above all.
