Can a Science student after hsc switch to commerce if he wishes to do MBA..? Can he cope up with the new field.!?

Yes you are eligible to change to Commerce stream as it's allowed by some universities. You may have to put extra effort to learn basics of Accounting & Commerce. By the way you can do MBA as a Science graduate also.
