Can a science student aspire to be an artist?

I have scored 91% in class 12th board exam. Right now, I am preparing for JEE mains, but I have no passion for engineering. I am so much fascinated by animation and cartoons. They look like a world to me. So, I want to become an animation artist.

Obviously, do what that you love. There are many people who complete their engineering and do what they love. Engineering is just a backup. My friend is doing preparation for IIT and dreams to become a musician.

Any student or any person in the world can aspire anything, what you need is a lot of motivation and passion for your work at the same time. If you're able to follow these two mantras, you'll definitely succeed.

Of course, yes. You need to identify your strengths in the field of arts like whether you are a good singer, actor or dancer. Accordingly, you can opt for learning those skills and get going. National School of Drama is the best option to start learning dramatics.

Dear Balkrishan, to be an artist, you don't need to be a science student but you need to be a human with good artistic talent and philosophy. If you have this, why are you wasting your time, money and talent in boring JEE classes.
Feel free to ask me any query at anytime and don't forget to up vote the answer if you feel satisfied.
    Good luck.
