Can a student apply for pharmacy course if he/she is not from the science background?

No you cannot apply for pharma, because Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy requires a candidate to have cleared 10+2 with PCM or PCB or Physics, Chemistry, Maths & Biology as subjects.
