Can a student apply in TCS for a job if he has done B.Com from Monad University?

It may be difficult to get job in TCS or other tier I IT companies based on B.Com. In past few IT companies hired tester and BA from top colleges. If you are targeting TCS or other Tier I IT companies, you are advised to do MBA.
