Can a student get a seat in IIT or NIT for B.Tech if he/she secures top rank in JEE Mains and Advanced but scores less than 75% in HSC?

    Hi,
    No, according to JoSSA policies, if you are not having 75% or more than 75% then you are not eligible. Either, you have topped JEE Mains/Advanced.
    Only one thing can happen in your account, if you are in the top 20 percentile of your board (less than 75%) then only you are eligible for a seat.
