Can a student get admission in MIT without doing extracurricular activities?
My brother scored 85% marks in class 12th board exams and 2300 marks in SAT1 and 760 and 780 marks in physics, maths and chemistry in SAT 2. He scored 110 marks in TOEFL.

Extra-curricular just adds to your profile and makes it better. So, it really doesn't matter in your profile, but if you have any it's well and good.
