Yes you can get the seat in the college without the eamcet exam also but the fee is very high that you have pay the total college fee by yourself and you will not any fee reimbursement from the government. The fee structure will be different for all the colleges, to get the seat in the college you can visit the college administration to enquire about the available seats and the fee structure you have pay for the college seat.
