    Getting a good job right from the beginning requires a good college name combined with your talent and obviously good luck. Out of which, the second component is in your hand, and that combined with your hard work and dedication can also lead to a good job.
    You may not get a satisfying job right from the beginning, but, as the saying goes, slow and steady wins the race. Just remain focused and give your 101% to what you are doing. Success will automatically come to you.
