can a student give cbse 12 board as a private candidate in science stream as i have got failed in 11 class

no, if you are going through private, then you need to first clear your 11th standard and then you can only go for 12th. the only benefit of applying through private is tht you can clear ur 10+2 by paying less but you need to study and prepare urself for exmas on your own.
