Can a student in Hyderabad campus sit for placements of mumbai center ?

Well the placement process of the two campuses are entirely different as per my understanding. So I think it will not be feasible for a student of Hyderabad campus to sit for Mumbai Campus Placements.

No. Placements are specific to the institute. The Mumbai campus and Hyderabad campus mean two distinct institutes.
