Can a student of 11th student gives ICWAI CAT foundation course for practice if he is from a good school?

No, because to apply for the ICWA foundation, a student must have completed 17 years of age and must have passed the senior secondary examination (10+2) of any board recognised by the central or state government.

Yes, you can give ICWAI foundation as well but not in 11th. You have to clear 12th exams and after that you can appear for the same.
