can a student of foreign university can appear in the IAS exams?
foreign universities like the AUW Chittagong offers a quality education for the young women of asia, so i want to know whether an Indian student studying in this university after completion of its graduation courses can appear the IAS exam or not?

If the university is recognized by UGC and you are a citizen of India than you will appear
